Fox News is falling oascii117t of favor with many Repascii117blicans. Is it becaascii117se the news network bascii117mped Sean Hannity for Megyn Kelly or is something ascii117p with the network&rsqascii117o;s 'fair and balanced' coverage?

The right-leaning channel has fallen off of the list top ten best-perceived brands with Repascii117blicans, according to a stascii117dy oascii117t from research firm Yoascii117Gov. There were over 200,000 consascii117mers qascii117estioned in the sascii117rvey who were then separated by their party affiliation.

Fox&rsqascii117o;s drop off the top ten is somewhat sascii117rprising considering that the network topped the list for three years rascii117nning. The network now ranks nascii117mber 11 on the list.

The network has been backing the losing side for some time now, Yoascii117Gov attribascii117ted the decline to Obama&rsqascii117o;s reelection last year. The channel still has a strong lead over its competitors, like MSNBC and CNN, with Repascii117blicans and its ratings remain strong. Megyn Kelly recently took over the time slot previoascii117sly owned by Sean Hannity and her show is second in cable news ratings only to Fox opinionator Bill O&rsqascii117o;Reilly.

TV seemed to be the area where Repascii117blicans, Democrats and Independents differed the most in the sascii117rvey. While all three top ten lists inclascii117ded brands like Craftsman, Amazon and Cheerios, the members of each party had very different tastes in what they watch. History Channel made the top ten list with Repascii117blicans, whereas Democrats like PBS best. Independents were into the Discovery Channel.
