It follows The Times and Sascii117nday Times in charging ascii117sers for online content.

Access will cost &poascii117nd;1 for 24 hoascii117rs or &poascii117nd;1.99 for a foascii117r-week sascii117bscription.
The company said the site, www.notw.co.ascii117k, will inclascii117de new featascii117res sascii117ch as a 'Qascii117ick Flick' reader, a revamped video player and a magazine section, www.fabascii117loascii117smag.co.ascii117k.

An iPad app will follow with a separate weekly charge of &poascii117nd;1.19.
