Radioplayer, released yesterday, featascii117res aboascii117t 230 stations, inclascii117ding the BBC and commercial and commascii117nity stations.

Listeners can search by station, location, topic or artist and can click throascii117gh to live stations or podcasts. An app version for mobile devices is expected by next year.

However, the Governments ambition of switching from analogascii117e radio to digital has been dented by a fall in sales of DAB digital sets.
