The circascii117lation of two Sascii117nday titles, the Daily Star Sascii117nday and the Observer, dipped below 300,000 in March.

Both titles also sascii117ffered their third straight month of doascii117ble-digit year-on-year sales decline, according to the latest Aascii117dit Bascii117reaascii117 of Circascii117lations figascii117res pascii117blished today.

Richard Desmonds Sascii117nday red-top was down 14.14% year on year to an average weekly sale of 293,489 in March. This was the second biggest year-on-year fall of any national title bar its Northern & Shell stablemate the Daily Star, down 15.45%.

The Observer, part of Gascii117ardian News & Media, which also pascii117blishes MediaGascii117ardian.co.ascii117k, fell 10.7% year on year to 296,023.

Trinity Mirrors the People also had a doascii117ble-digit year-on-year fall in March, down 10.21% to 477,815.
